In December 2002 Crescent Systems installed a three ingredient blending system for an industry processor of freeze dried berries. The system mixes ingredients according to pre-set proportions, by weight, using three MAGNA WEIGH Feeders.® The user friendly system enables the operator to enter the desired product proportions from a touch screen. The system processes the product automatically and accurately according to the pre-set mix ratio, thereby maximizing product quality and minimizing loss. |
